Rear Dormer Loft Conversion - Havant
In Havant, BMC collaborated closely with the customers to transform their loft space within a specified budget. The loft conversion project included installing steel beams, creating an independent floor area, and crafting a softwood staircase by our skilled joiner. An L-shaped rear dormer with eye-catching cement board anthracite cladding and UPVC windows resulted in a stunning master bedroom with an en-suite and an office space.
The customers were actively involved in the loft conversion process, showcased their commitment to creating a beautiful, long-term family home. BMC, acknowledging budget constraints, demonstrated flexibility and transparency, ensuring that the final loft conversion result way exceeded expectations.
"Billy and the team did a great job despite some issues with the bad weather. Quote was presented in a timely manner and any amendments during the build were not an issue. Billy kept on top of the project throughout and made sure we are happy with the finished product at the end. Some delays were caused by the suppliers but all in all not a major issue considering the size of the project (2 bed and bathroom) loft conversion.

When looking for a Builder to manage and complete our loft conversion Billy came out on top for his customer service and attention to detail before the work even began. The team worked quickly and efficiently with little to no mess (we expected a lot more disruption). However, I was able to work from home during the entire loft conversion! The team were happy to answer any questions from me / my wife. Billy was also flexible when minor changes were required to the plans / layout. All of the trades Billy used were polite and courteous in our home and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.
