Hollie Harman

Finance & Co Director

Billy Invited Hollie to work alongside him five years ago when I decided to take the next step in expanding our family business. At that time, we were just starting to field enquiries. Realising the need for someone reliable to manage our finances, we invested both time and money to provide Hollie with extensive training. Her continuous skill development and unwavering dedication have strengthened our working relationship, making her an invaluable asset to our growing trusted family business.

Becky Harman

Operations Manager

Initially part of our team for about a year, Becky played a crucial role in managing general administration tasks when we were just starting out. As the time came to push the business further, we invited Becky back to BMC Lofts because of the great relationships she has built with both customers and suppliers. Becky now handles all material orders and deliveries, ensuring seamless operations for our projects at every site. Her efficient work behind the scenes keeps our team productive and focused.

Customer Care

Lucy brings 11 years of customer service experience from her previous role, which was extremely fast-paced. Recognising her potential, BMC Lofts saw an opportunity for her to excel in our business and contribute to operational growth. Lucy now manages enquiries, appointment bookings, and conducts weekly catch-up calls with both our tradesmen and customers. Her expertise in customer service plays a vital role in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our customers.
