BMC undertook the transformation of an unused loft space in Stubbington into a beautiful master suite with an en-suite through a rear dormer loft conversion. Responding to the needs of a growing family, we infused a modern feel into the design, meticulously discussing each finish to align with the customer's vision. The project extended beyond the loft, with additional tasks including the renovation of existing bedrooms for the children. To infuse more natural light into the stunning new stairwell, we installed new windows and even created additional storage by adding a cupboard, eliminating dead space. Our commitment to safety and functionality led us to add an extra handrail to meet the needs of their younger child. We also upgraded all the doors throughout the project to meet fire regulations and satisfy building control requirements.
